This agreement is entered into between GoodPawClub (Joshua & Julieth, "Service Providers") and the client ("Pet Owner") upon confirmation of a booking.

Services. GoodPawClub agrees to provide the selected pet care service for the confirmed dates. Joshua & Julieth will personally provide all care — no third parties are involved.

Payment. Full payment is required at booking confirmation, processed securely via Stripe. A processing fee of 2.9% + $0.30 is passed to the client at checkout.

Additional Animal Rate. A fee of $25 per additional pet per night/day applies to bookings with more than one animal.

Holiday Rates. Nights falling on designated holiday periods are charged at the holiday rate: $130/night (boarding) or $175/night (house sitting). Only the specific holiday nights within a booking are charged at the elevated rate.

Extended Care. Nightly rates are based on a 24-hour period from drop-off to pick-up. If pick-up on the final day is more than 2 hours later than drop-off on the first day: 2–8 additional hours adds 50% of the applicable nightly rate per pet; 8+ additional hours adds 100% of the applicable nightly rate per pet.

Cancellation Policy. Cancellations 14+ days before: full refund. Cancellations 7–13 days before: 50% refund. Cancellations fewer than 7 days before: 25% refund. No refund once service has begun.

Health & Vaccinations. Your pet must be up to date on all required vaccinations and in good health at drop-off. We reserve the right to decline service if a pet appears ill upon arrival.

Emergency Care. In a medical emergency we will contact you immediately. If unreachable, we may authorize emergency veterinary care at the Pet Owner's expense.

Insurance. GoodPawClub carries [Insurance Provider] coverage. Details available on request.

Liability. GoodPawClub is not liable for pre-existing conditions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

By signing, the Pet Owner confirms they have read, understood, and agree to all terms of this agreement.
